TASTING NOTES

Intense straw yellow color to the eye, with clear golden reflections in the glass. The nose is deep and aromatic, rich and penetrating, characterized by hints that recall tropical fruit, cinnamon, carnation and sage. The exotic fruit returns to the mouth, where the body is good and the persistence is very long.

PAIRINGS

Ideal to accompany shellfish, it is excellent with linguine with prawns.

Prismatic facets, intoxicating aromas and a sensual and engaging sip. The Gewürztraminer “Campaner” of Kaltern, son of the lands of Alto Adige, comes from vineyards planted on clayey soils, and reared at about 500 meters above sea level. Left to mature for five months on its fine lees, it is a South Tyrolean white with an intense and decisive character, never submissive and not at all shy. Ideal with fish-based cuisine, if you combine it with shellfish you will have found the perfect combination. It is a Gewürztraminer not to be missed.
