The only native white grape of Trentino, it finds its best development and gives excellent final results in the Valle dei Laghi area. The typically Mediterranean climate of this valley allows the grapes of Nosiola to wither to produce the Vino Santo Classico-Trentino Doc.

The Nosiola vine is still a semi-wild variety (the tendency of the shoots is almost bushy) therefore difficult to cure also because it is delicate and sensitive to diseases. The low yield per hectare helps to create an authentic wine for connoisseurs and enthusiasts.
