TASTING NOTES

Medium intensity ruby red, the nose expresses beautiful notes of red berries and black cherry, wild strawberry and black currant. In the mouth it is round and juicy, with soft and elegant tannins. Fine and relaxed, it closes with a finish of excellent persistence.

Also as an aperitif, it goes well with light appetizers, veal and poultry, duck and pheasant, tasty fish dishes.

SOUTH TYROL PINOT NERO DOC WHY LIKE IT

It is with the classic line, which includes only wines produced with the typical South Tyrolean varieties, that Colterenzio tells the clearest expressions of its territory.
