Obtained from Chardonnay grapes, harvested and vinified directly by the Pisoni in full compliance with the Classic Method with refermentation in the bottle, called in France “champenoise”. Each bottle is vintage, marked by the vintage of harvest and disgorgement. It has a beautiful light and bright straw yellow color, with greenish reflections, with a fine, timid but persistent perlage. The nose is fine, broad, immediate: fruity notes follow each other interspersed with floral sensations and end towards an aromaticity derived from the long period of contact between wine and yeast.
